Exeter Kia COVID-19 Aftersales Update

Dear Friends

You may already be aware that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation we had to recently close the business to customers.

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to partially reopen our Aftersales department. This means that our Service and Parts departments will be open from Monday 18th May 2020 on an appointment-only basis. We have now implemented Social Distancing measures in the business and are operating with a slightly smaller team for the time being, and so it is important that we restrict the number of people entering the business at any one time. Because of the smaller numbers, and for the safety of our staff and customers, for the time being, we will only be opening the dealership from Monday to Friday and will be closed at weekends. Should you have a Saturday booking over the next few weeks one of our team will be in touch to rearrange this.

Unfortunately, due to the current government guidance, we are still unable to open our showroom to sales customers. We are still operating a virtual presence for sales and our happy to deal with any enquiry by email to info@exeterkia.co.uk, calling 01392 477377, filling in an online enquiry form, and by using our online chat function. As soon as we can reopen our sales department on-site we will of course post an update here and on social media.

We also apologise to all those with current orders for new and used Kia's with us currently. Due to not being able to open the showroom to our customers for sales, it is currently not possible to arrange those deliveries. But please rest assured that we will work on arranging handovers as soon as it is possible, and safe for us to do so.
